Selected as the featured charity for the Life Sciences Technology Conference

The Carolina-South Atlantic Chapter (CaSA) of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) announced that the organization has selected a featured charity for the 23rd Annual ISPE-CaSA Life Sciences Technology Conference. The conference will be held on Thursday, March 31, at the Raleigh Convention Center, 500 S. Salisbury St., Raleigh, NC.

Receptions for Research, the Greg Olsen Foundation will be the featured charity for 2016. The Conference will be highlighting The HEARTest Yard initiative which offers assistance to families as they settle into their new lives as parents of children with congenital heart disease. Conference participants will have the opportunity to add to the Chapter donation by participating in the charity raffle. The raffle will showcase over 30 prizes donated by exhibiting companies.

The early bird deadline of February 29th for attendees is fast approaching. On March 1 the cost for attendance will be $65 for ISPE members and $75 for non-members. The 2015 Conference had over 1,000 attendees and over 200 exhibitors.

The 2016 Conference will feature 7 educational tracks. There will be a track for Students and Young Professionals and a track featuring the NC Biomanufacturing and Process Development Intellectual Exchange Group (NC BPD) from the North Carolina Biotechnology Center.
